"iff" is not a typo, it means "if and only if". --Matt Westwood 07:51, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

Also, "Let $a, b \in \Z$ such that not both of $a$ and $b$ are zero." allows either a or b to be zero (but not both). "Let $a, b \in \Z: a, b \ne 0$" does not mean the same thing, it insists that both a and b must not be zero. --Matt Westwood 07:51, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
