Do we want to transclude the geometric version of the triangle inequality (Sum of Two Sides of Triangle Greater than Third Side) on this page, or just reference it? --Cynic (talk) 23:10, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Reference it, I'd say. The triangle inequality is generally used in its current form in yer general topological/analytical context and the Sum of Two Sides one in its geometric context. I'd reference the latter from the former as a "special case" in the metric space that is the Euclidean metric space, and you could probably reference it back in the other direction as an algebraic interpretation of the geometric proof. --Matt Westwood 23:16, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
