No, because chapter $2$ is called "The Propositional Calculus $2$", not "The Propositional Calculus".
Chapters are:
$1$: The Propositional Calculus $1$
$2$: The Propositional Calculus $2$
$3$: The Predicate Calculus $1$
$4$: The Predicate Calculus $2$
