Definition
A decahedron is a polyhedron which has $10$ faces.
Linguistic Note
The word decahedron derives from the Classical Greek δεκαεδρόν:
- deca (δεκα), meaning ten
- hedron (a form of ἕδρα), meaning base or seat.
The technically correct plural of decahedron is decahedra, but the word decahedrons can often be found.
