$45$

Mistake

The sequence of such triples starts: $1 \quad 8 \quad 10 \quad 45 \quad 297 \quad 2322 \ldots$

Correction

It is generally accepted that $10$ is not technically a Kaprekar triple, despite:

$10^3 = 1000$
$10 + 0 + 0 = 10$

This sequence is A060809 in the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (N. J. A. Sloane (Ed.), 2008).
