The word zenzizenzizenzic appears to have been coined by Robert Recorde in his $1557$ work The Whetstone of Witte (but he spelt it zenzizenzizenzike).

Linguistic Note

The word zenzizenzizenzic derives from square of a squared square; the word zenzic is (or was) German for square.

The word is particularly linguistically notable for being the only word in the English language with six Zs in it.
