Definition talk:Exponential Function/Real/Extension of Rational Exponential

Changing the definition

I don't mean to be disrespectful or cause disservice to the original author of this definition, but I strongly feel that this definition is circular. I'm going to replace it with what I believe is the spirit of this definition, that being the unique continuous extension of the exponential for rational powers to the exponential for real powers. If I've overstepped, please let me know and I'll change the definition back. --Keith.U 03:43, 13 June 2016 (UTC)
