Talk:Image of Composite Mapping

The way I understand this is that the composite mapping is not defined if the image of $g$ is not a subset of the domain of $f$. Otherwise there are elements of the domain of $g$ which have no image in $f \circ g$. Am I missing something?

A link to composition of mappings could be useful on this page as well. --prime mover 05:00, 7 June 2012 (EDT)
