Correction

According to 1923: T. Eric Peet: The Rhind Mathematical Papyrus, which David Wells cites, this is actually Problem $28$.

It also needs to be pointed out that there are a number of such problems of a similar nature in this section of the Rhind Papyrus, so this particular instance cannot really be considered to be "the first ever".
