Improper Fraction: Also known as

An improper fraction is also known informally as a top-heavy fraction.

Some contributors may claim that such can also be referred to as a Dolly Parton fraction by certain teachers in elementary school.

However:

$(1): \quad$ $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$ has already caused an adverse reaction by the inclusion of Diophantus Updated on the jokes page. Hence it is preferable if we did not put up material on the main pages that can be construed as sexist and offensive. We don't want to ask for trouble.
$(2): \quad$ The reference is too ephemeral. People are going to be saying "Dolly who?" in times to come, whereas we aim for $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$ to be timeless and eternal.
$(3): \quad$ The lady in question would no doubt be far better remembered as a C&W star, although she may well have made a lot of money from the fact that her physical shape appeals in a particular way to a certain demographic.

Hence, on balance, it is probably better not to do this.
