Let $P$ be a polyhedron.

Let $P$ be such that it has the property that each vertex can be mapped to every other vertex by means of a symmetry mapping on $P$.


Then $P$ is described as isogonal.


Also known as

The term vertex-transitive polyhedron has become a popular alternative to isogonal polyhedron in recent years, in accordance with its definition in the context of graph theory.
