Definition talk:Minkowski Functional/Normed Vector Space

Ok so what I will do with this is make it "Minkowski Functional of Open Convex Set in Normed Vector Space". I didn't know anything about the general definition of the Minkowski functional at the time and the main differences between the proofs there and the more general proofs I'm writing are because of the norm structure. Two things we can improve here:

a) the name of this is horribly long

b) there is no natural connection between this and Definition:Minkowski Functional of Convex Absorbing Set.

Recommendation:

1): Rename Definition:Minkowski Functional of Convex Absorbing Set to Definition:Minkowski Functional (please keep redirects!)

2): Rename this page Definition:Minkowski Functional/Normed Vector Space and transclude it into Definition:Minkowski Functional.

During the course of the exposition we specify the objects on which the definitions are valid. Not necessary to put all that clutter into the titles.
