Mistake
- $\ds \int \frac {\map {f'} x} {\map f x} \rd x = \map \ln {\map f x}$
The same mistake is propagated through the whole chapter.
Correction
It should be:
- $\ds \int \frac {\map {f'} x} {\map f x} \rd x = \ln \size {\map f x} + C$
