Call for improvement

Yes I found this earlier. Problem we've got is that we don't really have a solid handle on the entity that is a GCD domain. This dates back to the early days. I never paid much attention to it. If anyone cares to look at it, fill your boots (there is at least one proof on SE that's better than this one). I will keep this tidy as I can.
