- $\map {\mathcal B} {\R}$ is the Borel $\sigma$-algebra on $\R$
- $\map {\mathcal B} \R \otimes \map {\mathcal B} \R$ is the product $\sigma$-algebra of $\map {\mathcal B} \R$ with $\map {\mathcal B} \R$.
