Definition
An irreducible radical is a radical that cannot be written in a form that does not include a radical.
Examples
Example: $\sqrt 3$
$\sqrt 3$ is an example of an irreducible radical.
Example: $\sqrt 7$
$\sqrt 7$ is an example of an irreducible radical.
