different from Darboux's Theorem in Wikipedia?

Darboux's Theorem in Wikipedia is Intermediate Value Theorem for Derivatives and differs from this page. --Hbghlyj (talk) 11:18, 23 March 2024 (UTC)

We don't use Wikipedia as a source for $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$ for reasons that are made more or less clear in the appropriate Help page. --prime mover (talk) 16:40, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
If you wish to contribute an "also defined as" page on the main "Darboux Theorem" page that there is an ambiguity of name? You can see the form of how this is done by looking at recently added pages.
At some stage I will dig my Apostol out. I only have the 1st edition, so as the Wikipedia reference is to a page name not a chapter and section number, it will take a bit more work to get there.
Your work would be appreciated. Thank you. --prime mover (talk) 17:48, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
Actually now I'm looking at it, I see the concept of the "Darboux Function" which had missed my attention. Intermediate Value Theorem for Derivatives may be a useful name, but I see it's unsourced. That again will need research, find out what it's actually called. --prime mover (talk) 17:53, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
