The mistaken identity and the corrected identity are the same? --GFauxPas (talk) 18:51, 19 November 2016 (EST)

No they are not, one has $\dbinom {n - 2} 1$ as the third term and one has $\dbinom {n - 2} 2$. There is a $1$ on the bottom of the first one and a $2$ on the bottom of the second one.
It's difficult to spot, isn't it? Probably why it got through the editing process. --prime mover (talk) 02:15, 20 November 2016 (EST)
