Examples of Divisors of Integer
The divisors of $6$ are $1$, $2$, $3$ and $6$.
Proof
See $\sigma_0$ of $6$:
- $\map {\sigma_0} 6 = 4$
where $\sigma_0$ denotes the divisor count function.
Then we have:
\(\ds 6\) | \(=\) | \(\ds 1 \times 6\) | ||||||||||||
\(\ds \) | \(=\) | \(\ds 2 \times 3\) |
which accounts for them all.
